Event [The Perfect Confession] Who Sent the Letter |Results| (1 Viewer)

Spoiler: The Friend Who Sent the Letter is…

The evening was going relatively smoothly, Y/N was doing decently with hosting the get together but, Jackie being Jackie noticed the tiniest of problems. The lack of plates set out for all of them, no music in the background, decorations were minimal and randomly hung around the cabin. But, nonetheless once she began to push away these nagging details she was relaxed enough to enjoy the evening.

Up until the opening of Isabel’s gift. At first, Jackie wondered if her writing in the letter was so sloppy that Isabel was unable to decipher her letter. It was full of thanks and best wishes, Isabel had recently helped Jackie gain more confidence after a failed attempt at a unique charm bracelet that didn’t sell nearly as well as Jackie was hoping. She wished her the best of years with Kayla and encouraging notes scattered all over the letter, complete with a few doodles.

But Isabel looked incredibly unhappy with the letter. When she flipped it around for all of them to see, Jackie’s heart lodged itself into her throat. Oh no. What is that doing in there!? Then it hit her.

Jackie had so many packages lying around her apartment, orders from her jewelry shop, gifts for her family and also gifts for everyone here. Did she accidentally put the card into the wrong gift bag? Obviously she did! Oh no, no, no. How was she supposed to explain this? Oh that’s not Isabel’s, it’s supposed to be a love letter that was meant to be stuffed into the bag that contained Will's necklace, and like all of our letters in the past is NOT supposed to be shared with everyone else!! She was going to throw up.

To make matters worse, it quickly escalated into everyone blaming everyone for the letter, something that must have been sent to Isabel to hurt hers and Kayla’s relationship. Nope you're all wrong, it was supposed to be a beautiful start to Will and Jackie’s relationship. She watched it all unfold with little to pitch into the debate, partly out of embarrassment and guilt.

This was going to be a horrible getaway, and it was all her fault.

It was none other than Jackie who sent the letter by accident. Oops.

Now, time to congratulate our winners who guessed correctly. Congratulations @Soogi @MinjuChu @JunnieBunnie and @GyutiePie you won 200 points each, and have the option between one (random) duo Valentine’s card or this cute Mystery Solved Badge.

Spoiler: What were the clues?

Day 1 there were two major clues in the letter. The first line reads “I sincerely hope you love your gift as much as I did making it for you.”At the beginning of Day 1 your aware that Jackie makes jewelry, later on through interrogations she mentions making a gift for everyone so that may have thrown you off, but it’s never clear on how many gifts she brought for each friend. The other clue was the last line “You’re the reason I believe in love.” Future evidence may have thrown many of you off and made you all automatically suspect Will, but based on his character, he doesn’t seem to be a person to make something as a gift. In reality, it was Jackie using something that he posted on his SNS that he seemed to like and including something that he liked in the love letter.

Day 2 In the diary entry Jackie is noticeably red in the face, avoiding eye contact with Kayla and defending her crush, Will.
In the part where we’re hearing what she has to say, there really is no definite clue, rather it was to hopefully provide you all with possibly a different way or reason to why the letter was sent.

Day 3 This was a very difficult clue but one of the sns pictures was Aiza sharing one of Jackie’s necklaces on her instagram, more specifically this was Will’s gift that Jackie made for him.
Another clue was the image Jackie posted on her Instagram titled “Friendship is another word for love.” The picture featured Isabel and Will.
Then finally the group chat screenshot. Aiza was seen teasing Will and Jackie, calling them “lovebirds” which was our way of trying to reveal Jackie’s crush (as Aiza would know since her and Jackie are closest).

As for the interrogations, Jackie never properly answers the questions. Which means she was hiding the truth.
