Why I couldn't keep watching

Firstly, I would like to start by saying that I read this manga a while ago and it wasn't the worst thing in the world. However, I truly despise this adaptation.
The male lead is way too possessive of the female lead. Watching it feels like he is just abusive, and I don't like how much this is romanticized. Also, the female lead on many occasions says no and tries to escape the male lead, only for him to ignore her and proceed with his advances. No means no.
This drama was extremely disappointing to me and I do not recommend this drama.
