There still hasn't been more info on GD's, TOP's and Daesung's contracts, but YG is currently negotiating with them.

Big Bang is rumored to have early 2020 comeback before Coachella.

Seungri is unlikely (read: it's impossible) to join them on Coachella and Big Bang's comeback as he is still middle of investigation, not allowed to leave the country and he hasn't even started his army service yet.
