Welcome to the results for the Pixel Animal Game! First off, congratulations to team Southern Rockhopper Penguins for receiving the highest score! They will earn 75 points towards their team total. They are followed by team Polar Bears, who will receive 50 points, and team Salt-marsh Harvest Mouse, who will receive 25 points! To be completely honest, all teams did better than I expected, so congratulations to all of you! :haylul: Now, it is time for the final reveal, the animals! You can find images and facts in the spoilers for each image! Hope you enjoyed this game! :pikahappy:

The black footed ferret, with a population of about 380

Fact: While there may not be an outrageously large number of individuals alive, black footed ferrets were once actually thought to be completely extinct, until a dog brought it's owners a ferret. This led to humans looking for and finding a colony of these ferrets, and when a disease swept the colony, they took them into captivity to prevent extinction. A breeding program was started, and after years of care and preparation, the species was able to recover and be reintroduced back to the wild.

@Salt-marsh Harvest Mouse looks like we got the booby prize lol but we, unlike the penguins, got the porpoise and the ferret right! I think it's thanks to @BlingyBlinger being a bio buff

I figured out the weird obscure ones but not the elephant and gorilla :scree: it's like a bio buff to overanalyze things
