Now that you have all take the test or failed to before the deadline, it is time to reveal the winners! In first place, we have @Soogi who wins 50 points! In 2nd is @frocho who wins 40 points! And tied for 3rd are @Day @Nina @MK3AM and @BlingyBlinger who win 30 points! Lastly, anyone else who completed it gets 10 points. Now, onto the answers!

This is not the lie. A survey was done in 1992 and the bones of a saola were found in the house of a hunter. Upon further inspection of the contents of the house, they realized there were parts of an animal never seen before by scientists.

This is a lie, I made it up and there is no reason to believe they do so. However, egg eating behavior of this kind has been observed in captive parrots, and might well be a part of other species behavior.
