With the law changing to only having trainees for max 3 years
I can see good and bad things coming from this
Good:
Companys wont take on trainees just to stop other companys having them
Idols wont be trainees for 10+ in 1 company
Bad:
Companys are going to be super fussy
only taking on trainees with the intention of a set group meaning they wont take them on to train them to be better/leaders etc
Okish trainees wont get a chance as not worth the risk
we will see a increase in trainees/idol schools in korea < what cost alot of money
Companys will debut idols younger so they wont lose a trainee
{as if amazing kid comes into audition and they want them they might have to debut them at 13}
