Good question. I think, in space, the law of "extraterritorial jurisdiction" comes into play for whomever is in space. Basically, this means someone is bound by the laws of the country from which they originate, even if they are not presently in another country. So let's say

@bulletproof in space.
@bulletproof 's family has the legal right prosecute
@Ozymandias as stabbing/murder is illegal in India.
